ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

1. Applicants are advised to complete and submit their application at least (12) weeks prior to the commencement date of the intake to avoid any unnecessary delay in the admission process. Please fill up the AHA Application Form and submit your form, attached along with the following documents:

  • Six (6) passport-sized photographs

  • Coloured with white background

  • Photograph measurement: 35 mm (W) x 45 mm (H)
     

  • Three (3) sets of certified passport photocopy

  • Passport validity should cover the entire course duration

  • All pages of the passport including the cover pages are required (in colour).

  • Kindly make sure that the page numbers of the passport are clearly visible.
     

  • Three (3) sets of clear certified copies of academic transcripts and completion certificate

  • Transcripts and certificate are required: GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.

  • In the event that these documents are not published in English, applicants are required to provide copies of original and official English-translated versions.
     

  • Health Examination Form

  • Health/Medical Report with validity not exceeding 6 months.

  • Please use the standard Health Examination Form approved by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

2. Application and Registration Fee: non-refundable. Applications will not be processed until payment is received. Payment may be made in the following methods:

  • Payment must be made payable to Tomtek Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

  • By Cash, Cheque or Bank Draft to our training centre Asia Hospitality Academy situated at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

  • Direct Banking  or Telegraphic Transfer to the following bank account

3. Please email the telegraphic as proof of payment. Kindly include the student’s name, passport number, contact number and programme enrolled via email to international@ahaportals.com​

When all the registration documentation is complete, the Enrolment Department will confirm your student registration by sending you a confirmation letter.

Students are required to have one of the following requirement to qualify for enrolment into a AHA course:

​

  1. Successful completion of high school/secondary schooling.

  2. At least 2 subjects passes in PMR/SPM/GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications.

  3. Must have basic understanding of Math and English language skills.

​

In addition, AHA encourages the following personal attributes: to have a positive attitude, to be responsible, to be willing to learn and to be ready to take on new challenges and ideas.

Student Accommodation

If you are unfamiliar with Malaysia, AHA wish to welcome you aboard providing convenience to your education journey with us.

 

Here, we have a new blending youthful design with comfort and functionality accommodation for our students. It is equipped with power outlets, study table, reading lights, and our specialty ultra-comfortable mattresses. Our accommodation is a walk away from our training centre, which made it very much convenient for students.

Airport Transfer
Airport Transfer

Kindly note that students are only allowed to enter Malaysia with valid Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and Single Entry Visa (SEV). Only Student Pass holders are allowed to commence AHA's Courses. 
 

  • Conversion of Social / Tourist Visa to Student Visa is not allowed by Malaysia Immigration.
     

  • Please ensure airport pickup request form is submitted at least 5 calendar days in advance before departure date. Please avoid arrival during weekends, late nights and public holidays.
     

  • Should you need further clarification, kindly e-mail to study@ahaportals.com.
     

  • Airport pick-up service excludes accompanying by parents, relatives and/or friends. Accompanying parents, relatives and/or friends are advised to make their own transport arrangements or use the airport taxi services. If you require extra services, we do charge an extra fees but is subject to availability.
