CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
CERTIFICATE IN ROOM DIVISION OPERATIONS
This course is an in-design program that prepares you with industrial knowledge, which includes of theoretical
knowledge and skill development training. Students will be learning a complete set of knowledge in the context of Housekeeping and Front Office and will be posted to work with our partnered hospitality, F&B or tourism industry. Students shall fully utilise and apply academic knowledge into real-life situations.

Students will be learning to the role of the Housekeeping and Front Office Department in hospitality operations. The course provides students with the opportunities to evaluate a hotel's current "front-end" and "back-of-the-house" operations and to understand the management system of the industry. This program is also designed to maximise student's confidence when communicating within the hospitality environment.

*Upon successful completion of this course, students will be awarded with a Certificate to kickstart their career.

WHO CAN STUDY AT AHA?
We welcome applicants from all professional and academic backgrounds. Our courses require only a minimum of high school qualification (e.g.: PMR / SPM / O-levels or equivalent) as we believe all students should be given the opportunity to learn no matter what their age. We accept young adults who are keen in unleashing their inner potential through our various courses available. If you wish to take any of the courses provided by AHA, you must be at least 18 years old or you may speak with our consultant for more information here.
WAYS TO STUDY
We invite you to study in whatever capacity you can. AHA is known for its Internship Program, but we offer a range of short courses and personal development – for all students to prepare themselves in the business environment.
